Job Responsibilities:
- Analyse leadership programmes against leadership competencies and standards, and create recommendations based on the outcome of analysis.
- Conduct and design internal training programmes, based on the above recommendations.
- Develop programmes including mentoring and internal resource groups.
- Create and deliver a coach training programme for senior leaders.
- Communicating and coordinating training/assessment programmes and ensuring attendance of the right audience.
