Job Responsibilities:
a- Perform all aspects of Telecommunications services to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction in accordance with the Hotel’s standards.
b-Â Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously.
c-Â Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
d-Â Offer information pertaining to available services and facilities of hotel, points of interests, and entertainment attractions.
Job Requirements:
a- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role within a reputable brand
b-Â Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
c-Â Add diplomas/certifications required if needed
