Job Description

Assist the Manager – Total Rewards in the study, analysis and interpretation of reward market studies and the implementation of Total Reward Policies, processes and reward structures to enable the Group to attract, engage and retain quality employees so that the Group’s short, medium and long term objective are fulfilled

Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise and coordinate activities in the Total Rewards area or team to meet functional and team objectives
• Implement all Human Resources Management processes like Recruitment, Reward Management, Performance Management, Learning and Development, etc.
