To provide overall support to Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions Human Capital Department with focus on seven key areas that will help drive the foundational elements needed for the function. Department support includes but not limited to; Data reporting, maintaining accuracy of records in SF, creating/enhancing existing human capital policies, drafting employee communications, creation and execution of the assimilation plan, supporting HC Operations activities and execution of other special projects.
