Responsibilities

  • Responsible for top-line sales achievements against set and agreed budgets and gross margins.
  • The candidate will be managing a go-to-market team including Key account executives, salesmen, merchandising team leaders, merchandiser cum salesmen & Shelf fillers.
  • Responsible for preparing sales forecasts by Agency/Customer/SKU level in coordination with the Principal Affairs Managers or Brand Marketing Manager.
  • Responsible for allocating targets and KPIs to designated sales & merchandising teams ensuring budgets are met
  • Responsible for implementing trade marketing activities
  • Responsible for negotiating & closing Business Development Agreements (BDAs) with the Key Accounts
  • Responsible for new launch activation, listing, distribution strategies, effective and timely go-to-market launch planning.
  • Perform regular monthly and quarterly business analysis to senior management about the performance of his team against budgets & targets

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Management/ Commerce/ Economics/ Marketing. Further qualification in Sales & Distribution is a plus.
  • 5-15 years of relevant experience managing Baby & Personal Care brands Former
  • Experience with FMCG Distribution Companies in the UAE/KSA is an advantage
  • Knowledge of marketing and trade marketing activities, tools, and techniques is needed
  • Knowledge of category management and assortment
  • Knowledge of the UAE Key Accounts & Retail Market is an advantage
  • Competent with Microsoft office/CRM/Oracle -Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ideally fluent in English & Arabic.
