Job Title: Category Sourcing Lead (Electrical)

Location: Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Lahore

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing plans aligned with portfolio demand and category strategy.
• Drive supplier selection, supplier base development and onboarding through RFx.
• Anticipate and respond to market changes in a timely manner to ensure alignment.
• Lead contract and price negotiations to secure best T&Cs and cost outcomes.
• Manage the end-to-end supplier lifecycle and performance against KPIs.
• Initiate and follow up on early price negotiations to achieve optimal costs at volume production.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s/ master’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• Certification in CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in financial analysis (research experience a plus).
• Prior experience in direct procurement is preferred.
• Experience in managing spend analytics for multi-functional organizations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
