Position Title: Professional Manager I – III – Credit Administration & Regulatory Reporting, Risk Management Department – Islamabad
Key Responsibilities: Incumbent will be responsible for:
- and Enforcement: Preparing financial and paperwork documents and organizing enforcement on them in accordance with approved credit terms.
- Disbursement Compliance: Conducting a comprehensive checklist to ensure all terms, conditions, and charges and commissions are completed before validation, whether new or re-registered.
- Regulatory Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate SBP regulatory reports, such as eCIB, A07, ROR, 5R, and Large Exposure Report, within the stipulated time frame.
- Collateral Accounts: Maintain original loan and title documents, manage file proof vault and data archive system.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with legal counsel, external valuers, inspectors and inspectors’ agents to ensure transactions are completed smoothly.
- Personal and Reporting: Update Credit Administration Memo (CAM) from exercise and prepare reports on terminated documents, deferrals or pending.
- Audit and Compliance: To be the central contact for external, internal and SBP auditors and answer all credit administration related questions.
Qualification and Skills Required: Incumbent should have:
- Bachelors or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Credit Administration
- In-depth knowledge of State Bank of Pakistan’s procedural regulations, Pakistan Process and Risk Bank
- High proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Strong sense of responsibility and professional discipline
