Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Sales Manager for its Polyester Business based in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hit your sales and collection targets by planning ahead and building real connections with key decision-makers, both in your current accounts and with new prospects. At the same time, boost the Company’s brand and make sure people know who we are in the market.
- Stay on top of credit control. Actively manage your customer portfolio — chase up overdue payments, stick to the Company’s credit policies, and keep bad debts to a minimum.
- Make sure every customer you’re responsible for — current or potential — gets the service and attention they expect. Always work within the Company’s ethics, business policies, and service promises.
- Work closely with the Sales Administration team. Sort out any sales admin issues quickly so customers aren’t left waiting.
- Back up the National Sales Manager by sharing market insights, competitor info, and feedback from customers to help shape our marketing strategies.
- Handle commercial terms and discounts for your accounts, from volume deals to special pricing and freight discounts, all in line with Company rules.
- Stay connected with the Technical Services team. Keep up with updates about consumption-based sales, line loading, and any technical needs your customers have.
- When the NSM is away, step in to keep sales running smoothly and customers engaged.
- Help out Sales Administration by following up with customers on account matters — things like LC submissions and approvals.
