Job Description:

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operations of the branch. The objective will be to achieve Current Account (CA), Savings Account (SA), Cross-sell, Profit and other given targets.Along with this, improving the branch’s control system and maintaining discipline in accordance with the bank’s established policies and procedures will also be among the important responsibilities of the branch manager.

Experience: 5-6 years Branch Banking experience

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (Master’s will be preferred)

It also involves managing the sales and customer service team, creating an environment that values ​​the customer, and improving the day-to-day operations.Monitoring performance, maintaining good rapport with candidates, continuously improving the work is said to be a major responsibility.

Qualification: Minimum Bachelors degree / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance and Banking or a related major field of study.
