Qualifications Intermediate / Graduate

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in CAD-based pattern making (Gerber/Lectra/Tukatech), preferably in a Garments / Textile manufacturing setup.
• Expertise in managing denim shrinkage, washing allowances, and fabric behavior.
• Proficient in adapting patterns to various denim silhouettes and fits (slim, relaxed, tapered, Balloon fit, etc.).
• Familiar with CAD systems (e.g., Gerber, Lectra, Tukatech) used for denim pattern development and grading.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare digital or manual patterns as per design specifications.
• Understand tech pack and ensure correct fit and design.
• Prepare final samples in collaboration with designers, technical team and sample room.
• Conduct fit sessions and make pattern changes as required.
• Maintain final production patterns and grading to quality standards.
• Maintain pattern library and documentation for reuse.
