Feroze1888 Mills is seeking competent profiles for following positions:

Senior Executive Officer – Automation & Senior Executive Officer – Electronics Lab
(X2 Positions)
Locations: SITE & HUB

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting, repairing and testing electronic systems of machines to minimize machine downtime.
• Improving automation systems to make work faster and easier.
• Using modern technology such as smart monitoring, AI and IoT.
• Completing automation projects on time and according to plan.
• Work with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Perform regular maintenance of PLC, inverter, drives and electronic equipment.
• Maintain complete records and files of PLC and automation systems.
• Maintain backups of machine programs, systems and settings.

Senior Executive Officer Electrical Maintenance (Weaving & Spinning) (X2 Positions)
Locations: Landhi & HUB

Responsibilities:

• Supervise repair and maintenance work on machine malfunction complaints and resolve the issue in a timely manner.
• Work with internal teams to ensure that complaints are resolved quickly.
• Plan and implement regular maintenance of weaving/spinning machines and electrical panels.
• Maintain machines in proper condition so that work continues without interruption.
• Ensuring the proper functioning of electrical systems such as PLC, inverter, fire alarm and security system.
• Maintaining all necessary records and documents (as per ISO) properly.
• Ensuring full compliance with safety (HSE) and social laws during work.
• Monitoring the power consumption of each machine to save power.

Senior Executive Officer Powerhouse Electrical Supervisor (X1 Position)
Location: SITE

Responsibilities:

• Inspect machines and electrical systems daily to ensure safe operation.
• Fix loose wiring and ensure all safety devices are present and working properly.
• Plan and execute regular maintenance of HT/LT systems, electrical panels and electrical loads.
• Maintain power factor control to ensure proper use of electricity.
• Resolve the problem to its root cause upon a defect or complaint.
• Keep a record of the equipment (consumables) used in maintenance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain necessary equipment and time permits
• Monitor electricity and check the variance (variable) in the cost.
• To fully comply with HSE and social laws.
• To properly maintain ISO and other necessary documents.

   

Qualification & Experience:
B.E./ B-Tech / B.S / DAE (Electrical / Electronics) with at least 2 – 4 years of
relevant experience
