Ismail Industries Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Warehousing & Logistics to support efficient inventory control, warehouse coordination, and logistics operations through strong communication skills and effective stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with regional warehouses on a daily basis to ensure stock accuracy and reporting.
• Monitor stock levels, aging and stock movement across all warehouses.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations and resolve issues with 3PL partners.
• Submit stock reports, KPIs and audit related documents in a timely manner.
• Assist in negotiating rates with transport and logistics partners.
• Analyze transport costs, budgets and cost variances.
• Prepare transport and stock analysis reports for management decisions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Working knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with exposure to SAP or ERP systems preferred
