WE’RE HIRING MERCHANDISER – FABRIC

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Textile Engineering or Fashion & Apparel Merchandising.
• 4 to 6 years relevant experience in Fashion Retail Industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Find and develop fabrics that match what buyers want.
• Work with mills to get quotes, samples, and the green light on approvals.
• Handle price talks, minimum order quantities, and delivery dates.
• Put together cost sheets and keep cost records up to date. Oversee fabric sampling, lab dips, and quality checks.
• Make sure fabric gets booked and delivered on time.
• Sort out any problems with fabric quality, costs, or delivery.
• Stay in close contact with the production and planning teams to keep everything running smoothly.
