Qualification & Experience:

• ACCA / MBA / M.Com / Finance & Accounting
• Fresh graduates

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting Oracle Functional Consultants to ensure that tasks are correctly incorporated into the ERP system.
• Providing support in various Oracle ERP modules, such as Manufacturing, SCM, Finance, Inventory, etc.
• Participating in preparing simple documentation of the existing system (AS-IS) and the new system (TO-BE)
• Assist in system tuning (Unit, SIT, UAT) and recording tests
• Assist in system setup, data checking and data migration
• Work with technical team to resolve issues
• Assist in developing user training, manuals, SOPs and process flows
• Assist users and record issues after the system goes live
  

  Skills Required:

• Understand the basics of Oracle ERP / Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion.
• Knowledge of Finance or Manufacturing Operations (Preferred)
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Visio (for documentation)
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills
• Enthusiasm for learning and ability to adapt to an ERP production environment
