Responsibilities:

• Maintained a good relationship between Euro Oil and retailers.
• Assisting and guiding retailers to achieve mutual benefits
• Encouraging retailers to increase sales while also protecting Euro Oil’s profits
• Ensuring retailers perform at their best every quarter
• Planning and achieving sales and targets for their territory
• The retailer will train their team to ensure a good customer experience.
• Forecast sales and meet targets.
• Monitor market trends, prices, and competitor activities and identify opportunities for growth.
• Network with dealers and executives to generate leads for new retail outlets.
• Training retail staff and pump attendants – for customer service, product knowledge, and safety.
• Planning campaigns and events to promote the brand.
• Retail stores manage the day-to-day operations – taking care of staff, accounts, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience: 6 Years of Experience, mainly in Retail sales. OMC (Oil Marketing Company) experience will be preferred.
• Age: Should not be more than 35 Years.
• Skills: A well-organized individual with great communication, management, and negotiation skills.
