Organization: Sapphire Diamond Jobs Senior Assistant Manager GWP

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Apparel Washing team who will ensure efficient, high-quality, and sustainable washing processes in our apparel division.

The key areas of focus and expertise for an ideal candidate include:

• Lead and manage daily shift production until targets are met.
• Oversees operations of GWP section and maintains procedures and milestones.
• Follows environmentally friendly and cost-effective procedures while producing 5000 garments per day.
• Maintains records until all documentation is accurate.
• Increase productivity and efficiency by planning and allocating machines.
• SOPs and quality rules are to be followed in every process.
• Monitor and coordinate teams – supervisors, operators or helpers.
• Work with maintenance, electrical, quality and packaging departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in garment laundry production.
• Advanced knowledge of garment laundry processes.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Forward thinking – Anticipating and solving operational problems.

The position will be based at the site in Feroze Wattwan, Sheikhupura.
