Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain partnerships with industry, and employers.
- Arrange internships, placements, and employer engagement activities (career fairs, company talks, interviews).
- Coordinate student placement processes, including job postings, shortlisting, scheduling, and documentation.
- Maintain records and reporting on placements, internships, and MoUs.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Master’s / Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and deliver targets.
