Position: Assistant Manager Financial Reporting

Overview

At SPAR Pakistan, finance plays a critical role in enabling growth and operational control across our retail stores. We are currently looking to hire an Assistant Manager – Financial Reporting to strengthen our finance function within a fast-paced food retail environment.

This job is for people who are very focused on money management and have experience with collections, financial reporting, and law. In this role, you will work closely with store operations and the senior finance team to ensure reports are accurate, cash arrives on time, and the business’s finances are safe.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Assist with month-end and closing activities, such as receiving and recording cash.
Monitor store profit and loss and understand variances
Work with store managers and operations team to track sales, expenses, and stock balances.
I help with budgeting and future planning for stores.
Create and update dashboards and KPIs to display reports and numbers.
External audit should help me and keep all documents ready on time.
Create a reporting system that makes work fast and accurate.

What We’re Looking For

Education: ACCA part qualified, ICMA Part qualified, BBA or MBA.
Experience: 3 to 5 years experience in Financial Reporting, preferably in Food Retail Industry and expertise in Power BI is essential for this role.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
