Position: SR. AUDIT OFFICER

Ziauddin University is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Audit Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the university’s financial records.

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Counts goods and materials.
• Audits constructions and locations.
• Checks gate passes when goods are being moved from one place to another.
• Checks whether rules and internal controls are being followed or not. 
• Verifies spring bills.
• Tags fixed assets (like machines or furniture).
• Checks daily invoices and bills.
• HODs are given and work is done.
  

  QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree or part of ACMA/ACCA qualification
• 2-3 years of experience
• Ability to be highly attentive and precise in work is essential.
• Microsoft Office is required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Position: GRANT WRITER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Build relationships with grantors and understand their needs.
• Organize research groups at the university that advance scientific and grantor goals
• Find and apply for new grants and projects.
• Help me create grant and project applications and documents
• Ziauddin University is a preferred candidate for the position.
• Manages emails, meetings and coordination for project teams and partners.
• Prepares progress reports and ORIC scorecards.
• Develops and implements research strategies for ZU colleges and departments.
  

  REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Proficient in English and Urdu.
• Good Writing Skills.
• Skilled at reviewing proposals written by others.
• Age Limit: 25 – 35.
• Must have prior 1-2 years of experience in writing and securing grants.
