POSITION: Executive – Sales Admin

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Must be proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.

   

• Must have experience with ERP or SCM systems.

   

• Must be able to understand invoices, STNs and payment methods.

   

• Must have a basic understanding of vehicle dispatch and transit insurance.

   

• Must be able to communicate well with customers.

   

• Must be able to do work carefully and complete it on time.

QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

LOCATION: Karachi, Pakistan

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate and process payment receipts in SCM/ERP system correctly and on time.
• Verify payments, check records and handle financial communication in collaboration with Finance Department.
• Issue Stock Transfer Notes (STN), Sales Orders (SO) and Vehicle Invoices as per schedule and dispatch schedule.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries with the manufacturing plant and logistics team.
• Complete vehicle transit insurance work in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain payment ledgers, dispatch records, and sales documents accurately.
• Work with teams to manage vehicle availability, delivery planning, and payment follow-up.
• Ensure that each document complies with company rules and legal requirements.
• Good coordination between sales, plant, SCM, and finance teams will ensure on-time delivery to Rakhine.
