Requirements

• Education: BS in Project Management, Automotive, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 08 years of experience at an automotive OEM (Production Engineering).

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements.
• Establish work breakdown structure to organize project tasks.

Attributes

• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD.
• Negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
