A bachelor’s or associate’s degree in a related field, coupled with 5 to 7 years of experience in aftermarket sales, parts management, or customer service, preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing parts inventory and sourcing new parts
Coordinating supply and logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods
Achieving sales targets and implementing strategies
Sometimes product lines sell out.
Handling customer complaints and warranty cases
Strong relationships with customers and distributors.
Leading and guiding the team, delegating tasks
Evaluating team performance
Managing budget and expenses
Process payments and follow company policies.
Create sales and inventory reports and analyze trends.
Solve logistics problems.
Implement new ideas to ensure customer satisfaction.
