Position: Relationship Manager / Sr. RM
Department: HNI Sales
Location: Lahore
Alfalah Asset Management Limited (AAML) is seeking dynamic Relationship Manager / Sr. Relationship Manager – HNI Sales for the Lahore region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our existing client base while driving fresh AUM growth by identifying and onboarding new HNI clients.
Key Expectations:
- Manage and deepen relationships with existing HNI clients.
- Drive AUM growth through acquisition and retention of new HNI investors.
- Provide customized investment and portfolio solutions aligned with client goals.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance and high service standards.
Key Competencies:
- Strong HNI relationship management and consultative selling skills.
- Proven track record in AUM growth and wealth sales.
- Sound knowledge of mutual funds, asset allocation, and regulatory requirements.
Experience & Education:
- 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in HNI sales, with exposure to mutual funds, banking, and liability products across different Financial institutions – preferably with a reputed Asset Management Company.
- Minimum BBA / B.Com, preferably MBA (Finance, Marketing, or related field).
- IFMP certification (preferred).

- Lead HNI sales operations in the assigned area to achieve AUM and revenue targets.
- Drive acquisition and retention of HNI clients through strategic relationship management.
- Oversee and mentor area sales teams to enhance productivity and compliance.
- Strengthen market presence and identify new business opportunities within the region.
Key Competencies:
- Strong leadership and area management capabilities.
- Proven track record in HNI sales and AUM growth.
- Expertise in mutual funds, asset allocation, and wealth advisory.
- Excellent team development, relationship management, and compliance focus.

- 4 – 5 years of relevant experience in HNI sales, with exposure to mutual funds, banking, and liability products across different financial institutions – preferably with a reputed Asset Management Company.
