• Education: MBA in Marketing. PharmD is a plus

   

• Experience: 5–7 years of on-the-job work experience.

   

• Product work: Taking care of products and updating them according to market trends.

   

• Marketing: Creating new ideas and strategies to better position the product.

   

• Data: Looking at market and customer data to find new opportunities.

   

• Promotions: Creating promotional materials that are relevant to doctors, retailers and customers.

   

• Performance: Looking at product performance and making plans for growth.

   

• Product Launch: Launching new products and training the sales team.

   

• Relationships: Building good relationships with doctors and healthcare providers.

   

• Industry: Staying up to date with new trends and regulations in the pharmaceutical industry.
