Ismail Industries Limited is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager – Sales Operations to support efficient order processing, coordination, and sales operations through strong cross-functional collaboration and process management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with the Rose Sales team to process orders from the poor country.

   

• Posting orders, coordinating dispatch and tracking payments.

   

• Working with the warehouse and dispatch teams to complete GRNs, invoicing and documentation on time.

   

• Manage sales cancellations and returns, check data and get approvals.

   

• Make distributions and claims, follow up on payments and taxes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration
• 3 years of experience in sales operations
• Proficiency in MS Office with strong reporting and reconciliation skills
• Good understanding of sales return processes and claims verification
