Position: Senior Finance Officer

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (ACCA / CMA part-qualified preferred).
• Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience in finance within the textile or manufacturing industry.

Skills

• Strong experience in managing Gray Yarn Book, stock and inventory.

   

• Good knowledge of inventory costing and ERP systems.

   

• Good use of MS Excel (advanced level is preferred).

   

• Data analysis, report writing and problem solving skills.

   

• Good coordination with production, stores and supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily finance and accounting functions (payable, receivable, accounts).

   

• Purchasing, stocking and valuing of grog yarn.

   

• Reconciling raw materials, WIP and finished goods with warehouse and production records.

   

• Ensures correct stock allocation, costing and adjustments in ERP system.

   

• Conducts regular stock audits and coordinates with stores for verification.

   

• Handles financial and inventory audits in collaboration with auditors.
