Position: Reflexologist – Oncology Supportive Care

Location: Dr. Ziauddin Hospital, Head Office North Nazimabad Campus

Job Summary :

To provide safe, evidence-based reflexology therapy to oncology patients as part of supportive and palliative care. The goal is to reduce stress, anxiety, pain, fatigue, and treatment-related side effects while promoting relaxation and improving quality of life.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide emergency treatment according to the needs of the patients, not by seeing them.

   

• Keep a record of every treatment and work closely with the doctor team.

   

• Maintain cleanliness and if the patient has any problem, talk to them immediately.

   

• Make proper use of time and space.

   

• Attend meetings and trainings.

   

• Support cancer care reflexology and help in its improvement.

Knowledge & Competences

• Knowledge of the basic principles of reflexology and pressure points.

   

• Understanding of cancer treatments and their side effects.

   

• Knows situations where reflexology should not be performed (such as infection or blood problems).

   

• Ability to provide gentle and safe treatment to cancer and critically ill patients.

   

• Ability to speak to people with love and compassion.

Requirements

• Academic Qualification: Diploma/Certification in Reflexology from a recognized institute.
• Professional Qualification: Specialized training in Oncology Reflexology / Complementary Therapies for Cancer Patients (preferred).
• Work Experience: 1–2 years of clinical reflexology or complementary therapy experience. Experience in oncology, palliative care, or hospital/clinical settings (preferred).
