𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced 𝐇𝐑 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 for its North Region.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Doing the hiring work for the North Area stores, such as posting jobs and conducting interviews.
• Planned to find good leads.
• Listened to and resolved employee issues.
• Onboarded and guided new staff.
• Maintained employee records and data. Maintained attendance and leave records.
• Answered HR related questions from staff.
• Assisted with HR activities to improve the office environment.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• HR or Business me Bachelor’s degree
• 3 years of HR experience (preferably retail).
• Knows how to operate HR software and MS Office.
• Understands the recruitment process.
• Good communication skills
• Able to work on time and accurately.
