• Taking the sales category of your zone and meeting the target.
• Making a good sales plan and working on it.
• Supervising and guiding the territory managers and field staff.
• Building a good relationship with dealers and customers.
• Keeping an eye on the market and competitors.
• Withdrawing money on time and continuing to grow the business.

🎓 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or relevant field.
5–8 years of proven experience in sales of Pesticides & Seeds.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Sound knowledge of crop protection products and seed market.
Willingness to travel extensively.
