Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: ISLAMABAD

Key Responsibilities:

• New franchisees search for and talk to them. 
• Handle all the work of giving franchises themselves. 
• Set your own monthly and annual goals 
• Collect money (royalty) from franchise schools over time. 
• Send invoices and reminders for payment. 
• Do simple marketing to make the franchise famous. 
• Promote your brand name at events and expos. 
• Strengthen the brand in new minds. 
• Prepare new logos for the franchise together online and directly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 5–7 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or education marketing
