🔎 Key Responsibilities:
Running the daily operations of the service center smoothly
Processing shipments correctly and on time
Trying to speed up and improve work
Following safety and company rules.
Resolving customer questions and complaints
Assisting with shipment tracking and delivery issues
Scheduling staff duties
Implementing new ideas to improve service
Maintaining records of deliveries and customers
Preparing and checking reports
Taking care of goods and stock
Checking whether machines are working properly
Liaising with shopkeepers for goods and supplies
🎓 Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or customer service roles
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office
Strong problem-solving abilities
High level of organizational and time management skills
