Position: Customer Relationship Officer (Call Center)

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with care
• Listen to customer issues and complaints
• Provide them with the right solutions and information
• Provide product and service descriptions
• Process orders and forms and transfer calls to other teams when necessary
• Speak clearly, build good relationships and achieve goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused and professional attitude
• Ability to meet customer service goals and performance targets.
