Imtiaz is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented “Officer – HR Operations” to support our HR team at the branch level. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes and delivering excellent employee service.

📍 Location: Bahria Town, Lahore.

🎓 Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (MBA preferred).

💼 Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain employee data in HRIS system, keep it accurate and private

   

• Create and analyze HR reports to support decision making

   

• Check attendance and leave records and manage time off

   

• Prepare attendance and deductions for monthly payroll.

   

• Update employee files and maintain with labor laws

   

• Assist in legal compliance (P.F, PESSI) and HR audits

   

• Answer employee HR policies and benefits queries

   

• Support onboarding and induction of new employees

   

• Implement HR policies and communications.

   

• Manage employee exit process and conduct exit interviews

   

• Follow company policies and code of conduct.
