Job Responsibilities:

• * Lead and manage sports and physical education activities in the Central Region.
  * Plan and implement the regional sports calendar, participating in national and international events.
  * Develop short and long term sports strategies that match the school’s goals.
  * Supervise and support sports staff, coaches and PE team to improve performance.
  * Manage sports budget, logistics and coordination with school leadership.
  * Represent the region in external sports forums and partnerships.
  * Implement safety rules and policies in sports activities.
  * Report performance and make recommendations to senior management.
