BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co., is seeking qualified candidates to join their Dealership Team:

1. Front Desk Officer:

Qualifications: Minimum Graduation

Experience: 0 – 2 years of experience

This role is responsible for handling receptionist duties, delivering excellent customer service, and managing office equipment along with general office administration tasks. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in receptionist responsibilities, and the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues effectively.

2. Cashier:

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent

Experience: 1 – 2 years of relevant experience (Automotive/banking sector is preferred)

The incumbent will be responsible for processing customer payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining financial records. Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail are essential

3. Service Advisor:

Qualifications: DAE Mechanical/Auto & Diesel or equivalent.

Experience: 5 – 6 years of experience in automotive industry (EV experience is preferred)

• Must have prior work experience in **Fleet Management or Technical Service**.
• Customer service and communication skills** should be strong.
• Understanding of **Electric Vehicles** and their maintenance, warranty policies.
• Must be able to manage job cards and customer service records** accurately.
• Coordinate with **Workshop Technician**, manage service priorities, and keep parts available.
• Perform **Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)** standards to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery.
• Must be proficient in **Dealer Management System (DMS)**.
• Perform **Customer Feedback** and improve **Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)**.
• Updates and training on BYD products Me Hamisha updated Rihanna.
