Job Responsibilities:

• Payroll process handles from start to finish: accuracy, timeliness, compliance, reconciliation, ERP updates, approvals, and year-end reporting.
• Payroll cost monitors, implements compensation policies, manages increments, and prepares ad hoc reports.
• Time and attendance systems** are monitored, audit supported, and ensure legal payments are made.
• Recruitment strategies are developed and manage the hiring process (permanent, contract, temporary, intern).
• HR dashboards are maintained and analyzed: time to fill, cost per hire, attrition, attendance, workforce trends.
• Analyze talent data and create workforce plans to support teams.
• Lead Performance Management**, review job descriptions and assessment tools, plan employee development and succession.
• Enhance Diversity and Inclusion and enhance candidate/employee experience.
• HR processes and automate Continuously improve efficiency and accuracy.
