Position: Assistant Learning & People Development Manager

What We Are Looking For:

• Hotel training is essential to identify and differentiate.

   

• LNA findings are current to hotel management and corporate office.

   

• Prepare monthly training reports.

   

• Create a system to measure training effectiveness and use data analytics.

   

• Analyze metrics and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Master’s Degree in HR Management or a related field.
• Experience: 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Location: Lahore
