Hiring: Assistant Manager Business Development

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualification: BBA or MBA in Marketing or any other relevant field.
• Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate in designing territory and distribution plans for the rollout of UCS campuses.
• Support the presentation and promotion of the UCS franchise model to prospective and new investors.
• Contribute to developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
• Assist in expanding the franchise network in the Southern Region through market surveys and competitive analysis.
• Participate in competitor and customer analysis to identify new market opportunities.
• Support the development of a reliable marketing information system for informed strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate and execute communication campaigns to attract potential investor inquiries.

Skills

• Familiarity with marketing tools.
• Strong understanding of strategy formulation and feasibility planning.
• Effective leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
