Lead the Future of BISE Education in Pakistan
Designing the school curriculum (Grades 9-12) and making teaching plans that are helpful for board exams. Making students understand concepts in an easy way, using diagrams and charts, practicing past papers and MCQs, and conducting mock exams. Creating teaching materials and question banks and training teachers. Checking the progress of students, working on weak topics and making improvement plans. Working with a team and maintaining high academic standards in the school.
We are looking for an exceptional Director Academics – BISE Programs to lead the educational strategy, instructional methodology, and content architecture for all BISE subjects. This role will shape the learning experience of millions of students across the country through innovative teaching models, structured exam preparation, and AI-supported learning systems.
Your Mission
As the Director of Academics, your job will be to lead the syllabus and teaching plan for grades 9-12, ensure that students understand concepts well and score well in board exams. You will oversee the development of teaching strategies and content, and guide the academic team, while maintaining a strong exam preparation system.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Strategy & Curriculum Leadership
• Design the academic framework for all BISE subjects (Grades 9–12)
• Develop concept-based teaching strategies aligned with board examination requirements
• Ensure full coverage of BISE syllabi and examination patterns
Teaching & Learning Model Development
Implement high-impact teaching approaches including:
• Concept-first teaching methodologies
• Visual learning through diagrams, charts, and illustrations
• Past-paper analysis and exam pattern training
• Large-scale MCQ mastery practice
• Structured short and long answer writing training
• Timed exam simulations and mock board exams
Content and Learning Resource Development
• Lead the creation of comprehensive teaching materials
• Develop large question banks (MCQs, short questions, long questions)
• Supervise subject experts and content developers
• Ensure high academic standards across all subjects
Performance Analytics & Student Success
• Implement assessment systems to track student progress
• Identify weak topics through test performance data
• Develop targeted improvement plans for students
Academic Team Leadership
• Recruit and supervise subject experts for all BISE subjects
• Train teachers in modern teaching methods
• Maintain academic quality and teaching consistency
