𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced professional for the position of 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Business plan for individual product categories and matching with sales targets.
• Develop forward plan by looking at sales and market trends.
• Check performance of each category and give ideas for growth.
• Maintain proper stock levels in stores and channels.
• Create right type plan for toys, baby products, jewelry and world items.
• Monitor low selling items and stock turnover.
• Model demand according to seasons and promotions.
• Work with supply and procurement teams to ensure stock is available on time.
• Coordinate with sales, e-commerce and store teams.
• Match promotions and pricing with stock planning.
• Help stores keep products available and fill gaps.
• Checking sales and stock data by creating reports and dashboards.
• Making suggestions and improvements based on the data.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

o Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
o 5–8 years of experience in retail planning, merchandising planning, or business planning.
o Experience in Hardline retail categories (Toys, Infant, Accessories, etc.) preferred.
