Handling EOBI and SESSI registrations and contributions
Processing complete and final settlements (Gratuity, Leave Cash, Dues)
Updating salary structure, scales and grades
Preparing compensation reports and analytics for management
Answering employee salary and benefits queries
Assisting in annual salary review, increments and bonuses
Coordinating with finance and other departments to ensure smooth disbursement of compensation
KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCES:
Knowledge of salary and benefits principles and systems
Experience with EOBI, SESSI and final settlement
Understanding labor laws
Number and data checking skills
Attention and accuracy in work
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of MS Excel and HR software (HRIS, Flow HCM)
Coordinating with team and solving problems
REQUIREMENTS:
Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Working Experience: 3 to 4 years of HR experience preferably in healthcare or hospital sector.
