Job Details
Job Position – Fire Truck Technician
Company Name – Dulsco
Oil & Gas, Offshore
Positions: 2
Location: Offshore, Abu Dhabi
Rotation: To be discussed
Salary: TBD
Closing Date of Application: 13/08/2025 (Wed) not later than 10AM UAE time
Key Responsibilities:
Roll up your sleeves—you’re about to dive elbow-deep into the guts of fire trucks. Pumps, manifolds, all that gnarly hardware? You’ll be crawling around, chasing down leaks or weird noises, patching up whatever’s broken and making sure these beasts don’t quit when the heat’s on (yeah, pun intended). Some days it’s just the usual—routine check-ups, making sure nobody’s about to get a faceful of steam. Other days, it’s straight-up Sherlock Holmes stuff: tracking down bizarre hydraulic problems or some mysterious hiccup in the water flow. If something’s toast, you decide—quick fix or time for a total overhaul? And when chaos breaks loose? You’re not flying solo. The whole crew’s in it together, putting out fires—sometimes figurative, sometimes, well… flamingly real.
Minimum Qualifications
Yeah, so here’s the deal—if you’ve actually worked as a Fire Truck Tech, especially messing around with pumps and manifolds, you’re halfway there. Bonus points if you’ve got some legit certs in fire truck maintenance or, like, mechanical engineering (but hey, if you learned it all hands-on, that’s cool too). You gotta really know your way around hydraulic systems and water pumps—not just the basics, I mean actually understanding how this stuff ticks. Oh, and you better be able to make sense of those dense technical manuals and schematics nobody else wants to touch. Troubleshooting? Problem-solving? That’s gotta be your bread and butter. If you can’t fix it when it breaks, what are we even doing here?
