So, you think you’ve got the hustle

In your veins and schmoozing is your second language? Good. Kandas Interiors wants a Business Development Executive who’s ready to chase leads, charm clients, and basically make things happen. If you get a rush from scoring new business and you know your way around Dubai’s wild interior fit-out scene—keep reading.

What you’ll actually do (not just sit at a desk and email all day):

– Sniff out new clients everywhere—retail, F&B, offices, clinics. If there’s a door, you’ll knock on it.
– Tag-team with the BDM (aka your boss) for meetings, pitches, follow-ups, and the usual song and dance.
– Get out there—do the homework, check out sites, hunt for leads where others see nothing.
– Keep our client list fresh and organized (no, you can’t just scribble names on a napkin).
– Work with the inside crew to get project quotes and proposals rolling.
– Basically, be the eyes and ears on the street—bring back the good stuff, help us shape the plan.

Here’s what we need from you:

– 1–3 years hustling in interior fit-outs, construction, real estate, or facility services in the UAE. Rookie tourists need not apply.
– You talk the talk and close the deal—communication and negotiation are your jam.
– Love pounding the pavement and following up fast? Perfect.
– You know Dubai like the back of your hand (or at least better than Google Maps).
– Got a UAE driving license? Don’t even bother without it.
