Rise Hospitality
Sales & Events Manager Jobs
Alright, here’s the deal: Rise Hospitality wants a Sales & Events Manager to shake things up at their coolest Dubai spots. You’ll be hustling on-site, smack in the middle of the action—not stuck behind a screen.
What you’ll actually be doing:
– Chasing down B2B sales—think private dinners, group parties, the whole corporate shebang.
– Pulling off in-store shindigs, launching brands, dreaming up seasonal campaigns. If you’ve ever wanted to throw a party and get paid for it, bingo.
– Teaming up with marketing so everyone in Dubai hears about your events (and probably wishes they were invited).
– Keeping clients, mall folks, and vendors happy. Basically, you’re the glue that keeps the chaos running smoothly.
What you need:
– At least 5 years doing sales, events, or biz dev in hospitality or F&B. If you can’t talk shop about Dubai’s food scene, this ain’t for you.
– Rolodex loaded with Dubai/UAE contacts—corporate clients, agencies, you know the drill.
– Confidence, charm, and negotiation skills that could sell ice to…well, you get it.
– Tight organization, a creative streak, and zero issues working the odd evening or weekend.
– Already living in Dubai. No remote, no relocations—boots on the ground.
What’s in it for you?
– Decent pay with commission—so if you’re good, you’ll feel it in your wallet.
– The chance to help shape new concepts and watch them grow (your LinkedIn’s gonna look great).
– Work with a fun, ambitious crew that actually likes what they do.
