Job Description:
- Customer Engagement – Greet, assist, and guide walk-in and digital leads through the MG product lineup with professionalism.
- Sales Conversion – Conduct test drives, present financing/insurance options, and close sales to meet monthly targets.
- Relationship Building – Maintain long-term customer relationships, ensure follow-ups, and generate referrals by visiting Corporate and Other stake holders
- Process & Reporting – Manage documentation, CRM updates, and ensure compliance with dealership sales processes.

Experience: Ideally, you’ve spent about 5 years working at a car dealership—so you actually know your stuff.
Skills: You’ve got that friendly vibe, plus you play nice with others and actually enjoy working across different teams. Oh, and you know how to keep clients happy without breaking a sweat.

- Sales Leadership & Targets – Drive retail and fleet sales, set monthly/annual targets, and ensure consistent achievement through effective planning and execution.
- Team Management – Recruit, train, and lead the sales force, ensuring strong customer engagement and high-performance culture.
- Customer Relationship & Market Growth – Build strong client relationships, expand corporate and retail networks, and identify new growth opportunities in Karachi’s market.
- Reporting & Strategy – Monitor KPIs, prepare sales forecasts, and align dealership performance with MG’s brand standards and corporate objectives.
