Job Responsibilities & Skills:

• Basically, you’ll be keeping an eye on the stitchers—making sure the crew’s actually getting stuff done and not just pretending to look busy. If someone’s slacking or the numbers are off, you’ll have to do something about it. Gotta hit those production targets, right? Sometimes you’ll have to call in favors or tap your contacts if things get dicey.

   

• You’ll be poking around doing quality checks, too—can’t just let any old mess slide out the door. If something’s off, you’re the one who’s gotta figure out what went wrong and fix it, pronto.

   

• Scheduling’s on you, too. You’re the one who has to juggle all the moving pieces and, honestly, probably deal with some chaos from other departments. If there’s drama or problems slowing things down, it’s your job to squash that and help everyone get back on track.

   

• Oh, and you’re also the resident trainer—making sure everyone knows how not to get themselves hurt or break the rules. Paperwork’s part of the deal too, so expect to crank out reports more often than you’d like. Sometimes you might even have to roll up your sleeves and set up the machines yourself if things get weird. It’s not all glamorous, but hey, it keeps things interesting.
