What you need:

– Got a bachelor’s degree or a diploma? You’re in.
– At least 2 years of experience. Not your first rodeo.

What you’ll actually do:

– You’ll be the first face tanker drivers see when they roll up—either loading or unloading. So, yeah, people skills.
– Grab all the details: truck info, tanker numbers, driver names, what’s in the tank, which customer—write it all down.
– Punch all that stuff into the weighbridge system. Don’t go rogue, stick to the format.
– Direct tankers where they gotta go. Make sure they get weighed (empty, full, whatever) and don’t crash into anything on the way. Safety first, obviously.
