𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

– You’re the boss of your section—keep an eye on everything and everyone.
– Make the store look good, you know, like the brand wants (we’re not just throwing clothes on hangers here).
– Push those sales numbers up and make sure customers actually enjoy shopping, not just tolerate it.
– Teach your crew the ropes—again and again—because let’s face it, people forget.
– New hires? Yeah, you’ll show them how we do things: how to handle cranky customers, how to talk to real human beings, all that jazz.
– Basically, you run the show for your department and lead your team to glory (or at least to not falling apart by lunchtime).

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

– You’ve done this before—4 to 6 years running the show at a big-name fashion store as a Branch Manager or something pretty similar.
– Got a degree? Good. You’ll need at least that.
– If talking to people, leading a team, or just being a human with social skills isn’t your thing, maybe skip this one.
– We want someone who actually solves problems, not just points them out. Confident, energetic, the kind of person who doesn’t wilt if a customer yells about a broken zipper.
