Brand & Communication Specialist (Karachi)

Requirements:

Got a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mass Comm, PR, Journalism, Media Science, or something in that neighborhood? Sweet. You’ve probably been around the block for 4-6 years doing corporate comms, whipping up killer content, or wrangling some brand management stuff.

You actually know your way around social media—strategy, content, visuals, the whole nine yards. Oh, and you’re not lost when folks start talking brand guidelines or visual identities. Basically, you get how to keep things on-brand and make creative ideas look good.

Responsibilities

• Cook up wild, scroll-stopping internal comms campaigns that actually get people talking—and maybe even laughing—around the (virtual) water cooler.
• Whip up killer content—think newsletters that don’t suck, posts people want to read, videos with an actual story, and visuals worth a double-take.
• Team up with HR and the bigwigs to dream up culture stuff that’s more than just buzzwords on a wall. Real engagement, not just “mandatory fun.”
• Join forces with design geniuses, digital wizards, and those creative agency types to make sure everything looks sharp and screams “us.”
• Keep the company’s online vibe strong by spinning stories and dropping digital content that’s way more than just corporate blah-blah.
• Geek out over what’s working (and what’s not), try weird new things, and tweak the game plan on the fly.
• Pitch in on the big-picture, global comms stuff—always with a “what’s in it for them?” mindset.
• Jump in with fresh ideas (and hands-on help) for brand launches, big exec news, and whatever corporate curveball comes next.
