What your typical day will look like

So, you’ll basically be the go-to for taking customer orders and making sure they actually get what they paid for—start to finish, no disappearing acts. You’ll need to keep an eagle eye on inventory, guess what’s gonna fly off the shelves (sometimes literally), and nudge the purchasing folks so we’re never caught empty-handed.

Part of the gig? Helping whip up killer merchandising plans that make our stuff look irresistible—think, “Can’t leave the store without this” vibes. You’ll also get to brainstorm with the design crew, dreaming up fresh products—fabrics, patterns, finishes, the works. Not just the fun stuff though, you’ll also need to crunch some numbers: break down costs for new products and keep tabs on where the money’s going.

What’s gonna make you a star here? You’ve got a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Textile Engineering, Marketing, Business, or something similar, and you’ve actually done the job (like, two years of real-world experience). You know your way around Excel, Word, PowerPoint—yeah, we actually use them. And if you can keep your cool and hit deadlines when things get hectic? You’ll fit right in.
